Darcy's purpose and passion is creating space for equity, access, and inclusivity so all of us can thrive, achieve, and live our best life.
For more than 15 years, Darcy has held leadership roles in private and public tech companies serving employees and customers around the globe. She’s passionate about mentoring and coaching people to create high-performing teams based on inclusion, trust, and genuine connection. Having developed ethics and compliance programs from the ground up, she approaches every situation by designing creative strategies and effective solutions to meet the needs of the organization and most importantly its people.
Darcy served as Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative for the Internet Infrastructure Coalition for more than six years where she led engagement with trade association members and industry conference organizers to provide education about how to increase diversity, create inclusive spaces, and establish mentorship/sponsorship programs.
She has a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from
Cornell University and is trained in facilitation of race equity discussions. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science from Portland State University and is also a Certified Compliance and
Ethics Professional (CCEP®).
